Are PrisonPaper.com services allowed in Texas (TDCJ)?

Yes! We are a TDCJ Approved Vendor! All of our services and merchandise are allowed in the state of
Texas except for colored paper and colored envelopes.


How long does mail take to arrive at a specific prison?

We ship all mail from the Main US Postal Service Hub in Dallas, Texas... EVERYDAY.

Because of our strategic location in the Central United States and because we ship from a main USPS hub,
your letters and e-mails will arrive at most prisons in Texas within 1-2 days and to prisons on the East & West
coasts of the US within 3-5 days.

I've signed up for your Unlimited Letters service, What do I do now???

To send a letter using your Unlimited Letters membership, simply do the following:

1.) Go to PrisonPaper.com & LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
(if you just signed up, you will already be logged in!)

2.) Click on "Send an Inmate a Message"

3.) Click on "Send a Letter"

From there, you will be able to choose your stationary, create and send your letter! All of the address information
you entered when you signed up will automatically be filled in for you and you will not be prompted for any payment
information! Your letter will be immediately processed and ready for delivery within seconds.


I've signed up for your Inmate E-Mail service, What do I do now???:

In order to use our Inmate E-Mail service, just send an e-mail to the PrisonPaper.com e-mail address you
registered! You can use any e-mail service including HotMail, GMail, & Yahoo! We will receive the e-mail and will
have it ready for USPS delivery within about 10 minutes from the time you send the e-mail. You can even send an e-mail
from a mobile phone!

Are your Unlimited Letters & Inmate E-Mail services limited to one inmate per subscription?

Yes. Our services only cost 37 cents a day...if our customers wrote to multiple inmates, we wouldn't be able to offer
our services at such a discount! If you wish to correspond with more than one inmate, we ask that you create more than
one membership. Besides...it's pretty cheap anyhow!

Can I use your services for ANY facility/prison?

Almost every prison allows correspondence from PrisonPaper.com! If you want to make sure that it is allowed
at the prison you are interested in sending mail to, just contact their mail room and ask!

What if I sign up and I find out later that my letters or e-mails are not allowed at the prison??

No Problem! We will immediately refund your membership fee and cancel your membership! No questions asked and
no hassle! Your satisfaction is our ONLY concern.
