Thumbs down Visiting Holman D/R

Hi There dont know if anybody has heard but the wardenat Holman has now cut d/r visits to 2 fridays a month. According to friends of mine this has created huge problems with overcrowding and instead of 6 hours you only get 3 or sometimes even 2 ,not fair. I was hoping to go visit next year but I will be really mad if I get all the way over there and only get 3 hours!!!!!

Lisa, did the warden give any specific reason why he was doing this?

According to the warden its because of staff shortages???. The death row staff shifts have already changed from 3 to 2 i.e its now 6am till 6pm and 6pm till 6am instead of 6-2, 2-10.10-6. Their mail and showers are getting later and later and HE is changing the visiting because HE says visiting is a privelege, not a right. Personally I think its all about money as usual!!!
