I was wondering how this thing works, Is he able to get on here and email me or just receive what I send him? Anyone in the process of a divorce while their mate is locked up..

Inmates do not have access to the internet. If you sign up for PrisonPaper's letter or email service (click on the main banner at the top of this page and it will take you to the main site) the inmate will receive the letters or emails you send as paper copies from their mailroom.
