PrisonPaper.com is committed to your satisfaction and we want you to be pleased with your order.

Please review our return policy:

1.) Any orders placed through PrisonPaper.com are subject to this return policy.

2.) In order to keep our prices low, PrisonPaper.com will assist you if you need to exchange any merchandise
     purchased though PrisonPaper.com that is defective; however, we do not provide refunds for any order. In order to
     exchange defective merchandise, please contact us via e-mail or by phone.

3.) Because there are over 5,000 prisons within the United States whose policies constantly change, it is the customer's responsibility to determine which of our products are, and are not,
     allowed within a specific facility prior to placing an order. We will, at our discretion, refund orders that are not accepted
     by a prison.


4.) If PrisonPaper.com erroneously ships you the wrong merchandise, we will gladly accept your return and will promptly
     ship you the correct merchandise provided that payment has been sufficiently made to PrisonPaper.com. Any excess charges
     will be credited to your account within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that
     due to credit card provider processing, credits may not appear on the credit card for an additional 7-10 days.

5.) PrisonPaper.com itself does not provide any warranty coverage for merchandise sold.

6.) Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise will not be refunded and all shipping charges for retuned merchandise
     are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however, pay all shipping charges for merchandise you have received that was
     erroneously shipped by PrisonPaper.com.

7.) Personalized products may not be returned for any reason.

8.) All prices are subject to change without notice.
